The Medical Council of Hong Kong Election Project 2003

The Medical Practitioners Regulation board elected new members based on an electoral process. 

For year 2003, DataCap assisted the voting process by setting up a ballot counting and validation systems. Once the last ballot was counted, the election officer produced the election result report for announcement. The capability to process up to 3,500 sheets per hour offered a smooth operation in handling the return of ballots. The public display of the election results also fulfilled the spirit of an election - fairness, openness and justice.
